Educated within the halls of HISD, Kenneth carved out a path that led him to embrace the role of a handy man, an endeavor where his skills shone gloriously. Renowned for his prowess in building and working on various projects, he took immense pride in his accomplishments, which echoed through the hearts and homes of those he helped. Kenneth was not just a fixer of things; he was a mender of spirits, a builder of relationships, and a weaver of dreams lifted on the wings of laughter.
Life for Kenneth was intertwined with the love for his four beautiful children—Richard Bullard, Zanae Marie Williams, Octavian Deshon Burton, and Octavia Deshonda Burton. Each one of them carries a piece of his vibrant spirit as they navigate the world he so joyfully embraced. His love extended generously to his five siblings: Beverly Bullard, Dian Williams, Ronnie Williams, Joann Williams, Tracey Mathews, Courtney Patterson, and Sharae Young, Jamie Bullard forged in the bonds of nurturing and adventure.
Family gatherings were enlivened by Kenneth's charismatic personality, where tales of his beloved bike and antics from days gone by would paint the air with tales of glory and fun. Nurtured by the warmth of family, memories of sisterly giggles and brotherly bonding remain embedded in the hearts of his surviving kin.
Kenneth’s journey, however, was not without loss. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arvis and Corine Bullard, who provided him with strength and guidance, and by four siblings—Carolann, Brenda, and Gerald Williams, along with Herman Young—whose spirits join him now in a joyous reunion.
In his wake, Kenneth leaves a multitude of loving friends, nieces, and nephews, all of whom will carry forward the laughter that sparked from his joyous heart.
